Intentional Living Coaching

Have you ever felt like life was just happening to you?

Do you have dreams and aspirations but you never feel like you’re getting any closer to achieving them?

Do you wish you had a plan?

If you do have a plan, do you wish it were more workable or that you had some support and accountability in carrying it out?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you might be a good candidate for Intentional Living Coaching.

In Intentional Living Coaching we focus first on the intention and then on moving forward with that intention in mind.  In our coaching we’ll focus on what’s most important to you: your dreams, your aspirations, your goals.  We’ll then shift the focus to what you already have going for you that can support you in moving forward, primarily myriad strengths you are likely not even aware of.  Matching your strengths with your intention and adding in the support of coaching and accountability can be a game changing combination for people like you.

Professional coaching is a far cry from the in-your-face sideline coaching or rah-rah “you-can-do-it!”cheerleading coaching that you’ve likely seen on tv or experienced in your youth.  Instead, it’s the job of the professional coach to help you better understand who you are, what the right answers to your challenges are at this point in your life and then to support you in moving towards those answers.

Even though my approach to coaching is fairy straight-forward, it is not formulaic and sessions are always tailored to each client’s specific needs. Most simply said: My approach to coaching is not one-size-fits-all.
