Intentional Living Coaching

Have you ever felt like life is  just happening to you?

Do you have a list of important projects you intend to get to someday,  but someday never seems to arrive?

Do you wish you had a workable plan designed to help you actually carry out your intentions?

If you do have a plan, do you long for support, accountability and more ease in carrying it out?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you might be a good candidate for Intentional Living Coaching.

Through our coaching we focus our attention on your intentions: your dreams, your aspirations, your goals.  We’ll then shift the focus to learning more about you, including myriad strengths you’re likely not even aware of, and how you work best.  I’ve learned over the years that matching strengths with intentions and adding in the support of coaching and accountability can be a game changing combination for my clients.

Professional coaching is a far cry from the in-your-face sideline coaching or rah-rah “you-can-do-it!” coaching you’ve likely seen on tv or experienced in your youth.  Instead, it’s the job of a professional coach, like myself, to help you better understand who you are, what’s getting in your way of achieving your goals and what tools will best support you in achieving them.  My approach to coaching is fairly straight-forward, but it’s not formulaic and sessions are always tailored to each client’s specific needs.
